Update: I was a bit surprised when suddenly Tchaikovsky appeared in my list of recommendations (in English on my recommendation page the page self only mentions Петр Ильич Чайковский, which emacs can only save using euc-jp encoding (although the page I copy from is UTF-8), but the ruby script which converts this file to html seems to handle the euc-jp fine, and converts it to UTF-8).
